A letter of understanding that we are not a traditional church.
Growing Together Ministry Worldwide (GTMW) is not a conventional church in Lewiston Woodville, North Carolina. I'm not a traditional pastor. Eight years ago and 4 years before most thought online was important the Father gave me a global vision to reach the world and empowered me to become a leader.
At GTMW, we train and empower people to preach, helping them grow in Jesus Christ. This is done primarily through our Thursday night services. Our focus is on developing preachers, understanding that everyone's journey is unique. When the Father gave me a clear direction eight years ago, I knew I had to follow it. We are deeply committed to our local community while recognizing that we are part of a global community. Many people still struggle to grasp this concept.
My calling from the Father is distinct from that of a traditional pastor of a single church. We nurture sons and daughters worldwide, many of whom may not be frequent Facebook users. Facebook is just one of the twelve platforms through which we share the Word of God weekly. While our headquarters are located in one place, our ministry extends far beyond the traditional church.
